Does Scner keep the exact formatting?
Scner aims to reconstruct a clean, editable version of your document, including tables and layout. Some complex designs may be simplified to keep the result stable and easy to edit.
How do credits work?
Each document processing operation consumes 1 credit. Credits from subscriptions roll over month-to-month, and credit pack credits never expire. Mix and match credit packs with subscriptions as needed.
Can I change or cancel my subscription?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle. You keep all unused credits.
What if I run out of credits?
